He has a rare instinct for spotting what's truly valuable tech versus what's just noise, and he pairs that with a deep understanding of the MLS world—how to navigate sales cycles, politics, and product positioning that actually lands. But where he really stands out is in helping founders bridge the hardest gap: rollout and adoption. Richard knows how to architect launches that stick by aligning stakeholders, building internal champions, and creating the follow-through needed to turn a contract into real engagement. He doesn't just advise from a distance; he rolls up his sleeves, spending the time one-on-one to help you get it right."

"Working with Richard has been invaluable to our growth as a company. His deep understanding of MLS operations and willingness to share actionable feedback helped us refine both our pricing strategy and product design."

"Richard was one of the first people I met when I was building Finding Homes. He didn’t tell me my product was great—in fact, he told me the opposite. But that honesty was exactly what I needed. His feedback helped me refine the pitch and product into something MLSs were genuinely excited to adopt. Richard understands this industry better

You’d be surprised how much clarity can come from a focused, structured conversation. Most sessions move faster than people expect. When you start with preparation and purpose, an hour goes a long way. We won't solve all of your problems in an hour, but you will absolutely leave with fresh purpose and perspective.
A Consult session is a focused one-hour conversation designed to give you clarity, direction, and industry perspective. A Collaborate session goes deeper and offers either more pre-work or follow-up support, depending on the desired outcome. For example, if you wanted to provide a pitch video to review before the session, I would come to your hour with actionable feedback ready to go.
PropTech Hour is for founders, executives, and MLS leaders who want clarity on how technology, data, and policy intersect in real estate. Whether you’re building a product, refining a partnership, or navigating governance, you’ll gain insight that bridges vision and execution.
After you book, you’ll be taken to a short form with thought-provoking questions. Your responses help me prepare in advance so we can hit the ground running and make the most of your paid time.
